Where Orion88's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited with Orion88 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Orion88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Detection of multiple Account ownership in violation of the one-account policy.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member with their bank or e-wallet provider.

Upon suspension for cause, Orion88 may withold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a confirmed violation is established, the Account Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where an Account is closed without cause, or at the Member's own request, the verified real-money Balance will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. All voluntary closures are subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of any pending transactions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orion88 holds its international gaming licence.
